I had a fabulous experience with La Foriya. I live in the East Coast and tried to get flowers for a memorial service for a very special person. I also need to put the messages in Chinese. Many of the shops do not do that. The owner of La Foriya not only did a perfect job to make the flower set so beautiful and full, but she went all the way to get someone who could write in Chinese characters. Thank you so much for your professionalism and artistry.

The mark of a good business is not whether it makes mistakes, we all do that! Rather, it is how it reacts to mistakes. La Floriya did not get it right first time but when that was pointed out they did more than enough to make things right. The personal care and attention of Alex, the Store Manager was exceptional. It is because of this passion and care for customers that I would have no hesitation in using La Floriya again and if you ever need flowers in the Santa Clara or San Jose area, La Floriya is a great option. Oh, and by the way, the flowers were fantastic too!

I live halfway across the country but have dear family in the Cupertino area. Every birthday and holiday, the good people at La Floriya create a BEAUTIFUL arrangement without any issue on delivery. The florist was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I had initially chosen all white flowers, and when I came to pick them up, he gently mentioned they looked more like a funeral arrangement than birthday flowers. He kindly helped me rework the bouquet on the spot at no extra cost. Great service!
